On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, IGLOO re-released here one of his most successful albums, "HLM" (Igl 043), now titled "HLM New Edition", after a remix and the addition of one bonus track (8).

In French the word HLM is an acronym for slums. Here, the acronym stands for Houben/Loos/Maurane and the level of the music is 5 stars.
Houben (alto sax) and Loos (piano) are both graduates of the Berklee College of Music and pillars/enfants terribles of Belgian/European jazz. Maurane is the chérie of chanson française and currently makes a brilliant carreer.
On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, the Belgian Igloo label made of a polished up reissue of this album a delight to the ears. (I.O.)
